We manufacture jacketed, extra-flexible, multi-conductor, EMI-shielded cable assemblies to your exact requirements and specifications. Our highly-specialized manufactured products are used in military (aerospace, sub-sea, missiles, tanks, helicopters, etc.) and other heavy duty industrial applications where strict quality systems and calibration standards are required and failure is not an option.
Our products surpass the most stringent quality standards in the industry. FEC’s Quality Control and Inspection Departments constantly verify product reliability with automatic circuit analyzers. Molded cable assemblies are tested three times during manufacture. Our standard test set includes:
- Continuity
- Hi-Pot: 0-2KVDC and 0-3KVAC
- Insulation resistance
We also have the ability to provide environmental testing services such as:
- Thermal Cycling
- Shock/Vibe
- Salt Spray
- Low/High Temp
- Bend/Twist
- Ozone
- Pull-Testing
